1. Aljada

Located in Sharjah, Aljada is a 24 million square foot mixed-use development featuring residential, commercial, and leisure spaces. The project includes family entertainment zones, a cultural district, international schools, and hotels.

2. Masaar

An upmarket forested community in Sharjah’s Suyoh district, Masaar comprises 3,000 villas and townhouses set amidst 50,000 trees, promoting a nature-centric lifestyle.

3. Nasma Residences

A residential project in Sharjah’s Al Tay suburb, Nasma Residences offers a range of homes with access to parks, schools, and retail outlets, emphasizing community living.

4. Jouri Hills at Jumeirah Golf Estates

Arada’s first project in Dubai, Jouri Hills features 294 high-end villas and townhouses within the prestigious Jumeirah Golf Estates community.

5. Armani Beach Residences at Palm Jumeirah

In collaboration with Armani Group and architect Tadao Ando, this development offers luxury residences on Dubai’s iconic Palm Jumeirah, set for completion by 2026.

6. W Residences at Dubai Harbour

A three-tower complex in partnership with Marriott International, W Residences will house 400 luxury apartments, enhancing Arada’s presence in Dubai’s upscale property market.

International Expansion

In 2024, Arada marked its first international venture by investing AU$200 million in five sites across New South Wales, Australia. The company aims to develop residential communities and has plans to expand into Southeast Asia and Europe.
